We offer fixed fee helpline support for day-to-day employment law queries through our rockhopper services. The fee includes unlimited access to this portal, including a helpline log and a suite of template documents and guides. rockhopper also provides fixed fee contract and policy reviews/drafting and defence of ‘business as usual’ Employment Tribunal claims. Once you've been given access to your organisation's portal for the first time, an invitation will be sent to your inbox. After following the link in the email and redeeming your unique code, you'll be navigated to another page where you will need to create your password.
When this step is completed, you will be locked to your profile screen until the following is completed:
Confirm your email address: There will be a red banner at the top of the screen with a "confirm email" button. After selecting this button, you will shortly receive a confirmation email (please check any spam folders or filters if the email doesn't appear). Once received, please follow the link in the email to complete this step.
After your initial login, to sign in subsequently, click Sign in and enter your username and password. You will receive a unique code sent to the email address associated with your account. If you don't see it immediately, please check your spam or junk folders.
For security purposes, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) has been applied on this portal. This means that each time you sign in you will be sent a unique code to enter your account. The email will be sent to the confirmed email address listed on your account and will be sent from No-Reply@lewissilkin.com, please be sure to check your spam filters if you don't receive a code right away.
